Warranty & Certificate

3-year movement warranty

Every ICELAB watch is covered by a 3-year warranty on the movement, starting from the delivery date.

If the movement stops working as it should, email icelab.oy@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We'll tell you how to send the watch in and repair or replace the movement.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, damage from impacts, water damage caused by misuse, or watches that have been opened or modified by someone else.

ICELAB certificate of authenticity

Every watch ships with an ICELAB certificate of authenticity. It proves the watch is a genuine ICELAB piece, bought from us. Keep it safe – you'll need it for warranty claims and if you ever resell the watch.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under consumer protection law, which are not affected.
